Production of the ML 63 AMG hits finish point

It appears that Mercedes-AMG have decided to end the assembly of the grumpy mid-SUV ML 63 AMG. This might also be a hint that the new-generation M-Klasse is fastly approaching, together with the AMG variant as well. The W 166 model will be officially introduced in September, at the Frankfurt Motor Show, while the future ML 63 AMG, making use of the exquisite 5.5 liters biturbo V8, is to be released by the end of 2011. Moreover, the ML 450 CDI version has been axed, leaving the customers with less engine choices when configurating the current ML.
