Here's a set of spy shots of the upcoming 2012 Opel mini-SUV caught while wearing some pretty heavy camouflage.

The Corsa-based compact SUV was spied doing some road testing in the environs of an Opel facility in Germany. From the spy pics here we can gauge a little about the size and shape of this SUV and imagine some Corsa-like features to go with it. The car we see here is pretty compact and will fall into what is really a new segment being devised by automakers in Europe with such models as the Nissan Qashqai and the upcoming Audi Q3 - a class of SUV smaller than the likes of the VW Tiguan/Audi Q5, Opel Antara and Ford Kuga.

This baby-Antara is being developed by GM Daewoo and will share a lot of technology with the recently released Chevrolet Sonic which will go by the name Aveo in Europe.

A possible power plant for this compact SUV will be the turbocharged 1.4-liter with an output of 140 PS (138 bhp / 103 kW) and 148 lb-ft (200 Nm) of torque mated to a six-speed manual which will be fitted to the Sonic/Aveo.

The Opel mini-SUV is expected to debut next year.

Up to this point, the 2013 Audi Q7 existed in our imagination, and one person decided to represent it as a drawing. The future Audi Q7 sizzles with inspiration from the existing model, gets LED indicator lamps placed on its bumper, shorter and more sharp-edged headlamps like on the latest Skoda Superb . The trademark Audi grille has evolved into a hexagon (would the 2020 Audi Q7 be a decagon then?) The illustration brings out two vital differences smaller windows and the abundant, excess fat. There is no telling how a future Audi would look like but from the spyshots and concepts like the Q3 crossover, we can get gather a few hints to determine how the future Audi roster would eventually turn out to look like.

2011 Toyota Yaris Nice Car

The 2011 Toyota Yaris is the best car for you if you want a no-worries fuel-sipper that acts bigger than its tiny size suggests and didnt suffer unintended-acceleration recalls.

The 2011 Toyota Yaris subcompact leverages light weight and modest power to achieve hybrid-like fuel economy. How does 29 mpg in the city and 35 on the highway sound? And thats with automatic transmission and room for four adults. The 2011 Yaris is treated to some new colors and like all Toyotas recalled or not receives an electronic brake-override system. Prices for the 2011 Yaris start at a friendly $13,615. As the most desirable models tickle $16,000, however, youll need confidence in your priorities to resist the call of a larger car.

The heavily camouflaged prototype you see in these spy photos is believed to be Dacia's forthcoming small SUV / Crossover model, due to be launched in final production form at next year's Geneva Motor Show. The photos, courtesy of 'Freelancer' and 'Automarket', don't reveal anything on the Romanian budget SUV model that is supposed to be stylistically inspired from the Duster concept study revealed at this year's Geneva show. And by inspired don't expect to see anything more than a few common styling cues here and there.

What you can expect is two and four-wheel drive versions and competitive prices when the small Romanian SUV / Crossover hits European showrooms next summer. The five-door model will most likely be offered with Renault's 1.5-liter dCi diesel (available in different outputs) and 1.6-liter gasoline engines.
